I’ve always been a food lover, having spent my life in the restaurant industry. Two years ago, I started studying food for medicine and whole body wellness. Now I love to make food that is beautiful, delicious, AND good for you. My passion is organic vegetarian and vegan cooking. I can also accommodate sugar-free and gluten-free diets if needed.
However, there are some non-vegetarian offerings as well as I want to accommodate mixed and different household needs. Custom menu planning is available, of course, but here are some house favorites. For specific ingredient lists, just contact me. I use only the finest, freshest ingredients available, including expeller-pressed oils, and use organic products unless they are unavailable.
